1. Requests and purchases
Submitting the public form does not create a purchase obligation. Tender packs are purchased through Stripe-hosted checkout when the relevant checkout link is available.
2. Customer workspace
The signed-in workspace stores company profiles, tenders, evidence records, private uploads and generated drafts. Access is limited to authenticated members of the same workspace. Evident does not connect to procurement portals or submit tenders on a customer's behalf.
3. Confidential information
Use the signed-in workspace for tender material, not the public contact form. Customers remain responsible for having authority to upload buyer documents and personal data. Evident may process approved evidence through configured AI services solely to generate requested drafts.
4. AI-assisted output
AI-generated material can be incomplete or wrong. Evident is intended to support human bid professionals, not replace review. Customers remain responsible for verifying claims, commitments, compliance and final submissions.
5. Pricing and checkout
Evident is sold primarily as per-tender packs processed through Stripe-hosted checkout. A free workspace may be used to test the workflow before buying a pack. No card details are collected by Evident directly.
6. Intellectual property
Customers retain ownership of their own materials and generated drafts. Evident retains ownership of the product, interface and underlying software. Feedback may be used to improve the product without identifying the contributor publicly.
7. Availability and liability
Evident generates drafts, not professional, legal or procurement advice. Customers must review every commitment, figure, citation and compliance statement before submission. The service may change or be temporarily unavailable and does not guarantee a tender outcome.
